Thursday – 170.0 –
Day 32 on maintenance – scales still not working and that mean I needed to weigh myself at work, but didn’t get chance.
Hard boiled eggs again for lunch today, I know eggs really you like them that much, but you know what yeah I really like them that much. Dinner was chicken again, with broccoli, onion and mushrooms.
I walk 5.27 miles tonight with the pooch and had an average pace of 16.06 min/mile pace.
My video camera is messing up again did an entire post and then the darn thing freaked out and I lost the blog so I had to rerecord. Thank goodness I get paid tomorrow and I can buy a new battery pack.
