Monday – 170.8 – Sisters birthday and she wants ribs for dinner – dang up –
Day 22 on maintenance – really this is just not right – I have worked so hard and life just keeps getting in the way.
Up early because I had to work – my sister and brother and brother-in-law spent the day working on spare ribs my brother also spend a lot of time working on the van – but my mom has decided to buy him another one – she is just worried he wont make it home.
It was great to have a family dinner, but really did they have to get a Death By Chocolate cake from Costco?
I was teetering on the 169 again today – wonder where I will be tomorrow.
We continue to move forward and will review more of the menu changes tomorrow.
