Saturday – 168.5 – well holding my own so far – but we will see after this weekend – Wedding today and my sister’s birthday Monday.
Day 20 on maintenance – Wedding day – hmm can I stay away from the cake – this should be interesting.
Up early and walked, had lots to do before this afternoon, then headed out for the wedding. The wedding was short and sweet and we headed to the reception. I did manage to stay away from the cake, but dinner was catered and it wasn’t low fat – it was good and I did what I could to stay on the right path. I had some of the roasted pork, and chicken. Sauces dominated the rest of the fan fare, but I was able to have a little salad with no dressing, but threw in a beer.
I was teetering on the 169 again today – wonder where I will be tomorrow.
We continue to move forward and will review more of the menu changes tomorrow.
