Day 17 on maintenance. No shot today.
Had coffee for my morning meal; lunch was eggs, dinner was at my mom’s with my brother and mom because I don’t have any food here until I get paid Friday, but I did pick up a couple cans of Albacore so that I can keep on track at lunch. Dinner was hamburger at my mom’s because we were waiting for my brother.
Long day and later night, I didn’t get a walk in tonight but did get one in at work, not much but a walk nonetheless.
We continue to move forward and will review more of the menu changes tomorrow.
