Day 16 on maintenance.
Tuesday half dose of HCG. Had coffee for my morning meal; lunch was eggs, dinner was some beef at my moms because I don’t have any food here until I get paid Friday.
My brother has had a heck of a journey and my dad was watching out for him the entire way. Car broke down, had to buy a new one, it was crazy.
I got my walk in this morning; it is so late tonight not sure I will get it in tomorrow. My brother is now here and at my moms visiting. Time for bed need to work tomorrow.
We continue to move forward and will review more of the menu changes tomorrow.
