Lunch today was albacore, dinner was cod and broccoli. It was really good and I feel much better than I was over the weekend. I had my drinks at work and upped my water because I have been falling behind.
Okay feeling bloated, the girls are tender and I am praying it isn’t going to be another cycle over the holiday. I think it was my slip last night, I didn’t have a lot of chips, but my system is so not use to it that it really affects me – so be careful this program is making so many great changes to how you eat – it keeps you focused on the good stuff lean white meats, fish, low low fat, no oils, no sugars when you do have even a little your body knows it. While I was on vacation I was totally expelling because of the crazy diet.
