My back feels much better today – not 100% but much better.
Lunch was a roasted chicken salad as I forgot my albacore. No worries small green salad and roasted chicken is good. Then for dinner I had the last of the chicken and some veggies that I had cooked the other night.
Today was busy at work – and mentally tiring – always mentally tiring.
I am hoping to get back to walking this weekend – but this week put a crimp in that but that’s okay.
