Day three of bad back and today it was mostly my sciatica nerve – and man it just hurts. Again thank god for pain killers.
Lunch again was albacore and today I found some red peppers to add and wow that made it good, I even scrapped about an ounce to ensure I was under 4 oz. Again my dinner was chicken and broccoli. Upped my water intake again today – I got more than 120 ounces today. I think that is working because I felt less bloated, gassy and crampy, but I am worried because my weight was up when I got home tonight – I still think it is that I am going to start my cycle pretty soon.
These pain killers make me tired so I am ready for bed.
