Jenny’s SlimXpress hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 254

166.8 –

Tuesday – still at 166.8 – ack – but I am feeling a little bloated so maybe I am starting my cycle time again.

Had chicken for lunch again, and dinner, broccoli of course and with some mushrooms onion and garlic.

Got home around 6:30 and went to my moms, finished making her dinner, got her going for the evening. Then came home and took my little buddy for a 4 mile walk in 1hr 8min. So I think I did a little over 15min miles.

Feel good but tired and ready for bed.

    Hello again,Jenny, what do you do when it is your time to eat and you know it will be a while until you get home to eat your planned meal? Do you eat a fruit, drink more water, or do you have veggies always available for those times, etc?Judy

    Usually water or I try to find some protien – I hate being at my mons until all hours because she doesn’t keep much around that I can eat and she eats way different than I do – quick meals etc – but she usually has tuna around so if I am starving I grab an ounc of that and that works -
