Tuesday – still at 166.8 – ack – but I am feeling a little bloated so maybe I am starting my cycle time again.
Had chicken for lunch again, and dinner, broccoli of course and with some mushrooms onion and garlic.
Got home around 6:30 and went to my moms, finished making her dinner, got her going for the evening. Then came home and took my little buddy for a 4 mile walk in 1hr 8min. So I think I did a little over 15min miles.
Feel good but tired and ready for bed.
