Back down to 167.8 – okay one step at a time. It was kind of a late day again, I did get out of work a little early for an appointment, but then I came home and worked on homework with my little miss, took her to gymnastics, picked her up and finisher her homework with her and made her dinner.
In contrast it was another early day, had my shot first thing – drank my water, had my shakes, and included the mineral drink they want me drinking and lunch was a chicken salad – everyone else had potluck for cinco-de-mayo – but I was good, I took something, but I had my salad and felt great about doing so. Dinner was 4oz of cooked Mahi Mahi again and little broccoli with onions and garlic.
Like I said back to basics and it seems to be working.
Wore some of my new clothes, check out my video if you want to see because if I do say so myself, I looked hot. Actually our VP noticed my transformation.
