11/12/2009 weight 191.0lbs at home and 190.2 at the gym! Ketosis is solid moderate (evening pee test).
I was running so late today but I made it and just kept going. I rushed out the door so fast I forgot my lunch again, but I also forgot my thyroid meds and my dress shoes. So I had to call my son to bring them into my work.
So I have been telling you how crazy I am about my ketosis being off or at least I thought it was off. Well I this morning it was off again so I did something different something that Dr. Tauzin had suggested a few weeks ago. I did the test at a different time of day, I did it tonight. To my surprise it was far from off, it was moderate. I put that on my video blog so you could see what it is suppose to look like, so go take a look.
So for lunch I got some roasted chicken, had my drink on schedule this morning and found I didn’t have enough for this afternoon. I had prawns for dinner with a little bit of broccoli, and then a drink.
It was a great day and I feel much better, at least much less stressed about meeting everyone’s expectations on this program. I have high standards for myself and I feel a commitment to everyone who reads and views my blogs.
