Please, please, please, swab the rubber cap and your skin before you stick that sterile needle in.

I’ve been on the program since May 2 and have lost 90 lbs as of this morning. 12 more pounds to goal (yep, I was pretty darn big). Haven’t lost it as fast as you have, but it’s been way more successful than anything else I’ve ever tried and I’m so excited to see that it’s working so well for you, too.
