11/9/2009 weight 192.8lbs at home and 192.0 at work!
Got up this morning at 6 am tried to make coffee and it tasted awful, had my drink gave myself my shot, took my magnesium and headed out the door. Got to the gym at about 6:50 and used the treadmill for 30 minutes – at a pace of 16.12 minute mile. Per the treadmill that meant that I had burned about 220 calories. I felt great today after walking and I always do; it is just hard to get up that early. I am not a natural early morning person. It takes a lot of work.
On the menu today was shrimp for lunch today and then cod for dinner 2 oz and 2 oz of red meat with my mom and a small handful broccoli, followed up by the drinks, and more magnesium to help prevent any constipation.
Okay time for bed and then up early again to work out at the office gym.
