Weight 218.5lbs ketosis is moderate. I am so thankful I finished my last leg of the Portland to Coast Relay doing an average 16.35 mi. The first 3.5 miles is straight up and the last 3.61 miles is straight down. Not my best pace, but considering I did not train like I should have, it was pretty good. I can’t wait to figure out how our team did.
After all that walking I did have a break down. I had been doing great but someone in the van had one of those trail mixes with CranRaisins and almonds, and I finally had to have some. Our van pulled in around 5:15 in the morning to Sea Side and I got a couple hours of sleep. I had my HCG injections, HCG SlimXpress protein shakes, and healthy food, and was very good with my food program, but I did have another break down with all the food around. Someone had cashews and I had some—the one food I was supposed to stay away from, nuts.
I am meeting up with my son around 8:30 and going home. I completed the race, still lost some weight, mostly stayed with the HCG SlimXpress weight loss program, so there is hope! Hang in there with me.
