11/5/2009 weight 193.4lbs!
Yeah down another pound working trying to get my ketosis back in line. Other than that all is well and continuing to move forward.
I didn’t get up this morning as planned, but will try again for tomorrow.
Kept on track with my food choices, lunch was albacore tuna, dinner was a piece of cod and broccoli, my shot this morning, and my drinks this morning and this afternoon. So maintaining the routine, that is the important part of retraining yourself, creating new routines.
It is hard to build a routine, especially getting up at 5 am to go work out, that is what I am working toward.
So that’s the goal creating a routine that I can stick to and that keeps me moving forward. That is what I believe will make all the difference for me to maintain continued success with maintaining my weight loss now and into the future.
