11/1/2009 weight 194.8lbs! Need new ketosis sticks mine are all grey. I will get some tomorrow.
As I said, I am on my cycle time, and the bloating is awful.
So today is the end of daylight savings, and best yet I got to sleep in until 9am. Boo-ya!
I got up and took my mom to church, came home and got breakfast for the kids. My little foster daughter stayed with me last night after we spent the evening trick-or-treating. She had the time of her life, and I had a blast watching her with her friends, and having a chance to catch up with friends I had made when she was living with me. It was a great time. After we got up and going this morning, we picked my mom up from church and went to pick up some birthday gifts for my little one’s dad.
After the shopping I went out to do an open house, then came home and helped my mom make a dinner I couldn’t eat, oven fried chicken thighs, salad (okay that I could eat) and chocolate cake with frosting. Uh oh! So I made it through dinner on just the salad. Got the dishes cleaned up helped get the cake out, got everyone served, and had a loss of self control, not a big loss, but it was just too much. Being on my cycle, the chocolate frosting was calling me and so I had some, not a lot, but still. I have been so good up until today. I wouldn’t even let people have cake or anything on my birthday two months ago, but this was such a temptation and right there in front of me. I should have walked away, but I didn’t.
I can’t beat myself up, I just had to get back on the wagon and keep moving forward. I had maybe a teaspoon or two, but still with all the loss I have had I do not want to mess things up.
Okay, gotta hit the gym in the morning, so off to bed. Keep working hard – remember to be true to you.
