This morning was a slow.I got up early but not early enough to get a full workout in. I got 20 minutes on the treadmill, but no weights. I was just so tired, might be time to get to head out to the SlimXpress office and see Erica and Dr Tauzin for a vitamin B buckshot. I notice that when I get tired, the vitamin B shot really makes me feel much better. Last Christmas we had a secrete Santa gift exchange, and I remember one of the people involved put down vitamin B as a great gift to get her. She said that vitamin B is not just great for maintaining metabolism health, which I had heard, but it is especially good for women, which I had not heard. I am beginning to think there is something behind all that information.
Not much else happened today, had my SlimXpress drinks, chicken salad at lunch and mahi mahi at dinner. I did not get to eat the vegetables at lunch today, because someone put dressing on my salad, but I was okay with the chicken. Need to remember my tuna tomorrow.
