Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 66

10/26/2009 weight 195lbs!  Need new ketosis sticks.

So up this morning and at the gym by 6:30 worked out for about 50 minutes, used the treadmill for 30 minutes and then worked out with the arm weights for 10 to 15 minutes.  Tired as all get out tonight, thank goodness all the shows I like are all reruns.  I am ready for bd.

hCG SlimXpress is my godsend.  Finally at 195lbs and I have to tell you that the last few weight loss programs I have tried failed miserably.  I know I keep saying this, but I know that I would not be on the downward path of weight loss if not for this program.  I am so psyched, and it just keeps getting better.  My energy level is higher, my stamina is building, my attitude is better, and my emotional stability is better than it has been for a long time.

I keep talking about the changes I am making in my life; one of the biggest changes is not looking at this journey as a diet.  For me it is a change in behavioral patterns.  I know big words, but it is true.  I have mentioned the idea that I like the hCG SlimXpress motto, if it isn’t on the list don’t put it on your lips.  1000 calories a day isn’t much, but the idea that you are cleansing your body at the same time is a huge thing.  I have been off sugar, wheat, dairy, and fats for a little over two months, and with a few exceptions I don’t feel too deprived.  I mentioned a while back that I did ask Dr. Tauzin about the maintenance portion of the program, and while we will get into it in more detail later, there is a phase two, and you are not left alone.  You are gradually eased off the hCG and slowly add foods back in, with a few exceptions.  She didn’t tell me what those exceptions were, but I think I can guess.  I fear my beloved ice cream will not be on the “sure eat all you want list”. Damn.

Okay, gotta get up in the am and head to the gym.  I will take you long again.  We can do this, so keep believing in you, and know you are not alone.
