10/26/2009 weight 196lbs still….
It is late – again – time for bed, but needed to check in. I got into the gym this morning and used the treadmill for 20mins and then did about 5 – 7 minutes of arms with the weight machine. Check out my video blog because I video taped myself walking. I am back at it tomorrow so I need to get to bed so I get enough sleep.
I felt really bloated today, so I am beginning to think that I am pre-menstrual cycle it is about the end of the month. That is another reason I am trying to ensure I am drinking enough water, I drink 66 to 99 oz of water, but I don’t know if that is really enough, so I am upping it. My food for today was minimal. I had chicken breast and salad for lunch, and for dinner I had prawns and salad. Drank my hCG drinks and added ice today and that was awesome.
Okay, so how many of you have made the call about the hCG SlimXpress version of the biggest loser. I think that is a really cool deal.
