   Hi Jenny,I called today and made my initial appointment to “Begin My Journey”! I am excited. I have enjoyed reading your blog — but what happened you haven’t written since 8/28? I am sooo impressed by your determination and that you are motivated to “just do it”. Nothing really wonderful seems to come easy, so I am prepared for the long haul. I want to loose weight, really feel healthy, have great energy again to get off my derrière and enjoy my life, my family, and my friends. I hope you will continue with your blog.    Hello Jenny,I’m on day 6 of my journey and I’ve lost 10 lbs and 2 inches. I watched your video regarding chocolate vs. vanilla shakes. My aunt (who has lost 35 lbs on this diet) advised me before I started to go out and get some flavored stevia -about $14- at Marlene’s Market and Deli in Tacoma for the vanilla shakes. I got root beer and peppermint (which I use in both the chocolate and vanilla shakes) and it makes them much better tasting. Congratulations on your weight loss, you’ve inspired me!
