10/07/2009 weight 200.2lbs ketosis is on spot.
The last two day’s I have weighed myself at work, and today I weighed myself at home. There was a one pound differential between the two scales. Since I am tracking my progress, and the weight loss is my reward, I think I should stick to the same scale each time I weigh in.
I think I can. I think I can. I know I can!
It has been another high energy day today and I am exhausted, and I am ready for bed.
