10/06/2009 weight 200.2lbs ketosis is on spot.
I am still on the cusp, hovering around the 200 pound range. My ego received a huge boost when a dear friend mentioned how loose my shorts were. She said something about remembering how tight they had been over the summer.
So that is how it begins, the rewriting of the story, my story. It is wonderful knowing that the external changes are triggering positive reaction from many people.
I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill and felt great for the rest of the day. Increased energy seems to be a benefit from using the HCG injections on the HCG SlimXpress Tacoma weight loss program.
