Okay I am stable. I don’t have far to go until I am less than 200 lbs again and I am anxious and excited and impatient.
Today was a great day. I decided to take this Friday off as a mental health day. I need a day to work on some art. I want to make changes in my life and the self-confidence that I am gaining through this opportunity with HCG SlimXpress weight loss program is monumental in helping address those changes. Not avoid them, because I a super at avoiding anything that feels in the least bit intimidating. I just hate confrontation of any kind, and that includes confronting things in my own life that are not fulfilling.
I am also working at completing tasks that I have left undone.
