Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 3

So who starts off a weight loss program with a doctor telling you to eat lots of fatty food and no strenuous exercise for two weeks? hCG SlimXpress, that is who! One of the reasons this program is so unique is that the goal is to retrain your body starting with letting your brain know you are not going to starve it. This way I will be able to burn fat and not muscle like other weight loss programs. I am so excited to start HCG SlimXpress Tacoma weight loss program because I need a rapid weight loss system in order to stay motivated. Trust me, Ive tried those fast fad diets and they Do Not Work!

So, day one and day two are load days. I gave myself an hCG injection. That was new—I hate needles, but I did it! I weighed in today at 227 lbs. My goal is 155-l65, so I have a lot of weight to lose. Hang with me while I make this journey. Cheer me on and let me hear from you. I can use friends along the way.

Hi BJ,Great question. I started off the program on a dose of 15cc of HCG and remained at that level until May of this year when Dr Zorn put me at a dose of 20cc. I had plateaued and finally broke the 170 level (althought that seems to be where I am ending up).now I am at half does of the 20cc or 10cc.Keep the questios coming.!

That is a lot of weight lost. Great job. I have heard fantastic reviews about the HCG diet. I’m glad to hear from someone that has experience with it. Is this one that needs to be prescribed by a doctor?
