Still at 205.2 but that’s okay, I am in such a great mood today.
I had an office visit with my HCG SlimXpress Portland doctor. Check out the videos from my visit. It was a great session. My hydration level is up again, my lean muscle mass is good, and my energy levels are up. I had a great visit with a friend, who let me in on the fact she is going to start the program and that she was inspired by my success.
I am an inspiration to someone, how cool it that?
I also talked with my personal life coach, who actually got me involved in this program, and we are meeting next Saturday. When we meet I will bring you along.
