Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 238

I have had major computer problems for the last two days so I have not been able to get anything uploaded – so you will see lots from me tonight –

Did have an open house, traffic was low, but it was good to get back into the swing.

I took a friend to lunch for her birthday and had a green salad with chicken for lunch, and for dinner I did a green salad with albacore, onion and peppers. It was a low key day all the way around, so that makes me feel good. Still did not get out to walk and no time in the shop. When I got home my little miss needed help with home work, and I needed to visit with my mom for a while.

No I need to make it an early night –

    Wow, you are really doing good. Congratulations!!! You are an inspiration because you did stick to this program. I tried but I couldn’t, I was very weak by the 2nd day (not counting the gorging days). What do you recommend to avoid the tiredness?Also I want to know how much your life has changed now that you lost almost 60 pounds? How do you feel?Do you still crave other food like steaks, sugar, bread, etc?Feel free to email me at judyken2005@yahoo.com.     Thank you so much – for those of you who do not know I live in Oregon – believe me I know how hard it is so it has to be the right program – I am down to 166.8 right now – so getting close to 70 lbs lost. How has my life changed – I have so much more confidence – I have set some pretty lofty goals for myself – and I feel that this time I can and will attain them – still no boy friend, but that will come with time.Yes, I absolutely have my moments where I crave my ice cream – not bread I have never really been a bread person, and I am not a big red meat eater. Although, I do miss my rice and rice crackers – I miss the crunchy stuff most – I find when I am tired that it is because i need to take a nap – Dr Zorn put me on the EnergX Water – it is a mineral addative and it has worked wonders for me I feel much more alert and attentive, and most certainly have more energy.Hang in there, I hope you will give it another shot – totally worth the effort necessary.

    Nice to hear from you.You are only 1 pound away from goal. I have an idea- cut your hair and you will get rid of it quickly- LOL- just kidding!!!You mentioned you like crunchy stuff- Can you eat melba toast or Grissini Breadstick ?You are a role model.     I will see if my before pictures will upload I think I have put them up before but it’s been a while. I haven’t tried either. When I was on “vacation” atone the holidays I ate water crackers and rice crackers but I haven’t bought any since then.
