9/13/2009 weight 2082lbs ketosis is moderate.
So another day another pound, once again I was certain I would wake up this morning and I would find that the scales would not have changed, again, but I am officially less than 209 pounds. That’s even cooler than being below 210lbs.
My shorts are feeling so much better and I just realized that as I sit and write this. Usually when I am sitting the legs are tight, but not tonight. And my bra’s are starting to fit again, yeah!
Today I wore a dress that I have not worn for 3 years. It still isn’t perfect on me, but it felt great to wear it and know that I could.
I totally cannot wait until my weight is down below 200lbs. I have spent years battling the bulge and aim to make this the last battle. So all is well with the HCG SlimXpress Tacoma weight loss program. It is working and I am thrilled. You will be too.
