My menu was pretty much the same as every other day Albacore for lunch, my drinks at work along with coffee and water. Dinner was Mahi Mahi, broccoli with onion garlic & mushrooms, and my drink tonight.
Appointment day, neither Nadia nor Dr Zorn were in the Office so not much happened. My weight was up; of course it was I am on my cycle. The other person, Andrea I think, was there and she is okay, but not able to give me the B shot or anything.
I did get a list of foods that I am able to add to my menu. It includes turkey bacon (I am not a big bacon person though) tofu – I like firm tofu – artichokes, and unsweetened cranberry juice. I can also have 4 oz of red wine, well now, I am not a big red wine person, but hey at least is adds a little variety.
My goal for the next two months is to get a listing. I am not sure how to do that but that is my goal.
