Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 226

173.4 –

Ha I knew it – finally starting my cycle – just freaking wonderful! Well at least I got my walk in.

On the menu today, of course Albacore for lunch, my drinks at work along with coffee, tea and water. Dinner was again chicken & broccoli with onion garlic & mushrooms, and had my tea & drink tonight. I am still working on keeping a schedule.

Walked 3.8 miles 16:20 per mile – not bad – had it down to 15:19 through the last 1.5 miles.

Exhausted and ready for some sleep, see you tomorrow.
