Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 225

173.2 –

Wrong direction – what is up – must be getting close to finally starting my cycle – hate this part. Albacore tuna, chicken broccoli, drinks and tried to keep on schedule.

Youtube is down but I uploaded my videos.

Walked 3.8 miles 16:20 per mile – not bad – had it down to 15:19 through the last 1.5 miles.

Long day time for bed now, my son is going to take my mom to the sentencing for that woman tomorrow and I am going to work.

    I lost all my weight on Hcg. Now I would like to just lose 10 more pounds and I started working with a Nutritionist. I purchase yummy high protein puddings and treats through Medical Weight Loss program in Michigan – online. and, also through the nutritionist at University Compound Pharmacy. They seem to be keeping me satisfied and I have maintained the weight I did lose for over three months now.I also started Pilates – the machines are much easier – my trainer says “no pain – all gain”. There is muscle pain 24 hours after the work-out but that actually feels pretty good. The entire shape of my body had changed for the better with results from the Hcg and the exercise. I know the program is sometimes too hard to follow and I slipped more than once. That’s why I only lost 24 pounds in the 40 days on the program. But, I wanted to encourage you to keep up the good work.

    A little trick when you go out. Drink a ton of water. I put ice in my wine and actually water down the wine when I don’t want that second glass of calories. The water also helps fill me up so I don’t overeat.You Look Amazing. I’m in real estate too. Masterpiece Realty Associates in Del Mar, California. It’s so consuming and I hardly have any time for myself. A very frustrating market these days. I take my snacks form Medical Weight Loss so I can eat in the car and control my hunger when necessary. The puddings are great for travel too.

    I want to start yoga or aerobics or something – i have never done Pilates before – I generally walk – a lot – but the weather here has not been condusive for that on a regular basis this year like it was last year. it was thundering a few minutes ago. I know that SlimXpress has recently started carrying some supporting food products, and I cannot wait till I get to that point – almost there just a few days at a solid 165 or less and I have made it to the finish line.Thanks so much for your kind words of encouragement – Good luck with your RE I have my goal to sell at least one house this spring – it is the hardest job i have ever had – and I love it!
