171.0 – holding
So I am feeling like I have earned my commission when ever I get one –
Was up early, took mom to Palm Sunday services, afterwards worked with my client in Portland crafting an offer on a home, but the process took until about 10:30 pm – I am a little tired.- tired but satisfied that we submitted a solid offer I think we finally have our shot at winning a bid and we are the first in that feels great.
While I feel good about that, I was so busy I forgot to really eat today, finally had some albacore around 9:30 or 10 – how is that for loosing track of time.
I did learn an important lesson; always keep water in the car. Best idea I ever had and saved my booty today.
Working with my California people tomorrow, this will be a ball.
