Holding my own up a little 173.8 – WELL
Okay I could do my shots starting today – but since I had not been able to do one since Saturday because of the needle I am going to restart on Saturday – I am going to stay the course with my menu but hold off so as not to waste my shots especially after yesterday and Saturday.
I feel super good about today I was on track with my drinks, drank lots of water and ate albacore at both lunch and dinner.
Tonight was wonderful because my mom, son and I went to see Cats – fabulous simply fabulous – so that kept me out from in front of the TV & computer – it was a most enjoyable evening – one of the nicest in a while – just our little family.
So there was a shooting at the Mall next to the building I work at – great. I so want to not be working full time to begin with and that just cinches the deal. Tomorrow is my review that will go over like a lead weight. Time for real estate to start earning its keep in my world, bring on the change, bring on the success, I am ready.
