Holding my own up a little 172.4

It Tuesday and it should be Friday – lots of action on the real estate front – lots accomplished at my job job – just need more balance

Notice I haven’t been capturing my diet – today I had a chicken salad (greens and chicken breast), dinner was chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and onions. Lots of water and my drinks – my shot this morning and my thyroid meds.

Tired, must sleep.
