Weight today 172.6
So I broke down and had some wheat thins and cheese – my mom wanted a snack and I made that for her and it looked so good – so my ketosis will be off again tomorrow! I just need to get to 165 not to far to go – so close – and I am so afraid to succeed!
Yeah I know wheat thins are baked but they are not on the list and it makes me crazy I want to be on target, I want to succeed and get on the maintenance program. I feel like that will make all the difference for me that I just need to get there and keep moving forward.
