Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 185

Drank my water, and lots of it today, had my drinks – yes I remembered my drink mix – hopefully they will fix the formula because it sort of taste weird. My meals were pretty usual, I had albacore for lunch – and for dinner I mixed some prawns and scallops with broccoli, onion and garlic – love my George Foreman Grill – love it! It is fast and easy and makes my meals taste like I spent an hour cooking them.

Took a very quick walk to the store (note that I walked, did not drive, to store) and got the fixings for my dinner, what a good girl I am.

Now, just like last night, I am just plain ready for bed.

    I have a magic bullet and that mixes the drink really well, I love my George Forman grill also!! I have been stuck for 2 weeks it is very frustrating!!

    See we need to make a facebook fan page for the old GFG (George Foreman Grill). As for being stuck, it does get frustrating from time to time what I find works is drop everything but the protein for a day, increase your water, and get a couple walks in that seems to rev things up. Keep me posted on your progress – you are not alone we are all in this together.

    Actually also check your ketosis. I am going to cut out the vegies and all because my ketosis is light. You want you ketosis to be mid-range. Not to heavy not to light. I will show my ketosis sticks in my next video blog.
