SO CLOSE!
So I found out why the HCG had a red tint – it has vitamin B mixed with it, I had to call and find out so that is what I will use tomorrow. I was a little nervous about that one.
I was so exhausted today, I don’t know why but just completely and utterly exhausted. I am hoping they will have more vitamin B so that I can go get a shot tomorrow or Wednesday, but the mix with the hcg should help.
Today I had albacore for lunch – forgot my shake mix so that was hard, dinner was a turkey patty with broccoli, onion and garlic.
I am just plain ready for bed tonight.

You can do it – I am 5′ 9″ so I am right there with you – I was 232 lbs when I started and I am 171-173 right now. I am so close that it is frustrating – but that is just it I am so close and you will be too – have no doubt in your mind the program works you just have to work with the program.Please, please keep me posted I will a big part of your support team.Kindest regards, Jenny
Jenny~I am doing pretty good, but I totally cheated last night. I need your advice….Did you test your Ketone’s? I am out of Ketosis, so I am not sure what to do to get back in ketosis. any advice?
Protien day ! Yes I test my ketosis and struggle to keep it in line I have to watch any fruit intake (apples) the pectin drives your sugar through the roof. I have found that doing a day or two of protien and some additonal walking seems tonstraighten my system out. Let me know if that works for you and I will do a little digging to see if there is something better or that I missed my self. Of the entire program that is the most sensitive and the one thing that really tells you how you are doing. Don’t beat yourself up just move past it. Keep me posted jen
