Hi Wanita,Thank you for your kind words, today I needed that little bit of inspiration. You hang in there and you will make these same changes. Jenny you look great and are doing an amazing job. I have been doing this since November and have only lost 20lb I have increased my workouts and have lost inches but gained a few pounds. Any suggestions or tips for me to help me succeed ?
Hi – so what I have found is that increasing my water and being extra diligent about my schedule seems to snap me back. My schedule gets so crazy because I sorta need to be all things for my family right now and I get off of schedule very easy. Sleep is also key. I don’t sleep well to begin with, but when I am on schedule and getting my walking in it seems to increase the fat burn. There are plateaus just don’t give up. Jenny
