178.0 – need to keep moving.
Hump day – Wednesday and this week isn’t going by fast enough.
So my goal today was to make sure I drank enough water, because I know I haven’t, I drank just a little less than a gallon, but still not enough. I also feel like I am getting to that point where I might be starting my cycle again. Hate this premenopausal phase of life.
So today at lunch I walked to the post office and sent a package to my nephew – he has midterms this week. Then I ran to the mall to pick up some new jeans for my son who needed some for his commercial shoot today but no time between school and the shoot to get them, and then I grabbed a roasted chicken salad. For dinner I had prawns with broccoli onion and garlic.
Will walk again tomorrow.
