178.2 – need to keep moving.
It is Monday and we all know how much I like the work week, but I did make it out for a short walk at lunch today went out and got myself a can of albacore because I forgot to take one with me.
Meals were standard, albacore for lunch, and then Cod for dinner with some broccoli onion and garlic. Lots of water today, but did not get to my drinks again, forgot to take them with me, will prepackage again for the rest of the week.
Worked very hard on my positive self-talk and keeping a positive attitude. I am focusing on my goal for Saturday to be under 175, which is looking harder everyday and continuing to work on those personal changes, taking every day as it comes and every hour as it presents itself.
