178.8 – still on track – yikes!
That’s okay, as long as we are still below 180 I am thrilled, but I have until next Saturday the 13th to be below 175. Time to ramp up the exercise.
I had my drinks today, for lunch, I had some chicken, and dinner was prawns. I didn’t get enough water, need to be much more careful about that part. I have always gone through phases with my water, and while this program has had me drinking lots of water, I still tend to get watered out some days.
