177.6 – Oh Yeah!
So it wasn’t a dream, still below 180. Now the hard part begins, really putting the effort out to get down to that goal of 165 and realizing how good I have done and then hitting the maintenance program hard.
I had a little chicken for lunch today – but wasn’t feeling super great. We had dinner with my mom – Thai soup was my dinner a broth & chicken soup, everyone else had pad thai and curry.
I kept to my water and drinks and shot for the rest of the day, but my head hurts, my ear hurts and I feel icky.
Finishing my son’s school papers and heading to bed.
Keep hanging in there; we are going to make it!
