180.6 – okay keep it going – baby steps are good steps too.
Well, okay then. Well whoever said that weight loss was easy never had 80 pounds to lose. I think I can I think I can. That was one of my favorite bedtime stories when I was little… I am the little engine that could!
I am so close to my goal I just need to push through, and cross the finish like in style. I walked the stairs a little today at work. That is definitely a workout and I am adding it from now on. If our offices were not close to the top floor I would take them all the time, but 20 flights of stairs, or close to that, is a lot of stair walking. Nevertheless, I can work putting in some stair work every day so watch out because these legs are made for walking.
