I did not make it past 2 weeks.Questions:1) You have been doing the program for months, do you think you are used to the small portions? Do you feel more in control of the appetite? 2) What happened to your period? Did you have it? 3) I agree about Jan 25- depression. I was very depressed. 4) Which center do you go to?
