So I am finding that I have messages here and there and thought I would pass this along today: for those of you who haven’t heard me talk about how simple I keep my menu here was a question posted and my response.

My menu is pretty stable:
Breakfast is a drink – I am suppose to work in egg whites, but I never get that far in the morning
Lunch is generally a can of Albacore Tuna – and some onion or roasted chicken and greens
Dinner is either white fish, prawns or chicken breast, broccoli onion & mushroom
I have a drink when I get up, again at 9am, 3pm and 9pm
That is it – for me it has to be like that if i try to complicate it i will get off track – I know me so well.
