What the heck?
Okay this up and down has to be related to my cycle, which I have not had since November. The good thing is that everyone kept telling me how great I looked and more people were commenting on my weight loss. I love that part!
Menu for the day was, of course, my albacore, then tonight I didn’t get dinner until really late, had leftover chicken and broccoli. I did get out and walk several times today; I have no patience for work these days. Probably because I have had so much time off lately, whatever, it’s already been a long week and I am ready for Friday.
My sister and brother-in-law are coming up this weekend.
Hang in there it will all work out.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Way to go!!! Hope you make to it goal. Would you mind posting your daily menu? if not, can you please let us know your daily menu in your videos? My menu is pretty stable:Breakfast is a drink – I am suppose to work in egg whites, but I never get that far in the morningLunch is generally a can of Albacore Tuna – and some onion or roasted chicken and greensDinner is either white fish, prawns or chicken breast, broccoli onion & mushroomI have a drink when I get up, again at 9am, 3pm and 9pmThat’s it – for me it has to be like that if i try to complicate it i will get off track – I know me so well.
