So I am way behind on my posts, sorry. This week has been completely crazy, with my mom being in the hospital, our show opening, work, and other stuff. Sorry.
Well today I was down to 182.0 boo ya!
My goal to be under 180 is on track. I was checking out the news letters from SlimXpress to see what was new. The article I was looking at was talking about the MCT oil. I have this phobia about oil of any kind, so I have not been using it too much. The article talks about how MCT oil isn’t like regular oils and actually helps your ketosis levels. It goes straight to the liver. It is naturally occurring and it is found in coconuts, but you cannot use coconut oil as a substitute. Based on what I read I finally broke down and used it to cook tonight and last night, and it is ok, very light and no taste. You need to use a very low heat, because its viscosity is very low and you don’t want to burn what you are cooking.
Back to work tomorrow, but it is a short work week thank goodness.
Hang in there we can all do this; it is just easier if we do it together.
