Jenny’s hCG Diet Weight Loss Experience – Day 107

Today the scale was bouncing between 184.8 and 184.0 so I’ll take the 184.0, another ½ pound, thank you hCG SlimXpress.

I had chicken salad for lunch today, my drinks at work, along with coffee, tea. For dinner I had prawns and broccoli for dinner. I need to go get some more Mrs. Dash, garlic powder (have fresh though too). Also need to get to Costco for Albacore tuna because I miss my albacore.

My energy level is really good, but I do need to get my thyroid medicine refilled soon. I have been out for a few days.

Keep the efforts going strong, I know it isn’t easy but is it totally worth the effort. Hang in there with me and we will do it together.

Most importantly make it a great day no matter what!
